Role Scope- Build and maintain the discipline models: mechanical, electrical, and structural coordinated in one federated model.
- Run clash and coordination: conflicts found in the model, resolved with engineers, and closed before release.
- Automate the repetitive: families, templates, and scripts that make modelling faster every month.
- Produce model-derived deliverables: drawings and schedules generated, not redrawn.

- You've done BIM production on industrial, data center, or complex building projects.
- You coordinate models for real: clashes triaged by impact, not count.
- You script your tools: Dynamo, Grasshopper, or Python where it pays.
- Your families and templates are the clean ones others copy.
- You work to standards and improve them.
- Bonus: Revit and Navisworks depth. Tekla exposure. Dynamo and Python automation. Point cloud and scan integration.
