Data Integrity & Analysis: Review project data to spot discrepancies in billable time and expenses. Conduct deep-dive analyses to correct errors before they impact the P&L.
Consultant & Stakeholder Support: Act as the primary point of escalation for Billing Agents and Project Managers regarding contract terms, budget tracking, and complex billing inquiries.
Full Cycle Accounts Receivable: Oversee the AR function carried out by billing agents, including the accurate matching of cash receipts to invoices and the proactive clearing of aging AR.
System Optimization: Serve as the functional expert for our ERP system and ensure accurate and timely flow of information to our financial system
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve billing workflows, strengthen controls, and increase overall efficiency across the team
