Job Details/Détails du postePosition: Bilingual System Administrator
Location: Canada, Hybrid/RemoteResponsibilities:
- Administrate Windows/Linux/Cloud-based endpoints (servers);
- Create, suspend and erase security account;
- Diagnose and resolve outages;
- Administrate disk spaces;
- Apply security patches as required;
- Support OS-related systems;
- Complete complex planned interventions (installations, modifications, etc.);
- Manages communication with the teams on upgrade, new solutions, etc.;
- Follows ITSM ITIL processes for Changes Request, Service requests as well as Incidents and problem management;
- Ensures the documentation and processes are created and kept up to date, leveraging ADIOS² were required;
- Prepares reports for the management as required;
- Must assume on-call duties based on team rotation (once a month);
- Participate to management roundtable on roadmap and technology evolution;
- Perform monitoring of solutions lifecycle (EOS/EOL) to justify refresh of infrastructure and in the event of security vulnerability.

- Ability to implement complex business solutions and taking into account both technical and financial aspects;

Technical Skills and Experience:
- 1-3 years' experience in supporting infrastructure environment;
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux/Cloud support for Servers;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SCCM/SCVMM & Citrix are desirable;
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills including presenting and/or discussing technical details with clients;
- Experience in the support of infrastructure operations;
- Platform related certifications (i.e. Microsoft MCSE/MCSA, etc.).
