What You'll Need - Legal Credentials: Must be a licensed attorney and a member of the New Jersey Bar. - Litigation Background: 1-3 years of experience, ideally in criminal defense or high-stakes litigation. - Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish. - The "Hustle" & Heart: A deep alignment with immigrant rights and social justice. - Willingness to Learn: A proactive disposition to master immigration law, bond representation, and removal defense strategies. - Location & Logistics: Based in New Jersey with a reliable vehicle to appear in person for court and ICE presentations in NJ, NY, and PA.
