As a
Bilingual Pricing & Contracts Specialist in our Sales Operations function within the Spine division, you'll play a key role in post-contract administration, pricing operations, value-add program management, and coordination of proposal and RFP submissions - ensuring commercial agreements and pricing structures are executed accurately and consistently while providing professional support in both English and French.
What You'll Do:- Administer commercial contracts post-execution, including contract setup, documentation, maintaining trackers, routing amendments, and tracking key milestones, expiry dates, and renewal timelines
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for buying groups and customers on contractual and administrative matters, responding promptly to inquiries related to contract terms, product additions, amendments, and documentation
- Manage pricing operations, including pricing setup, updates, governance, and alignment with approved commercial terms and policies
- Manage the full value-add and rebate administration process, including accurate monthly accruals, timely payments, audit-ready documentation, and reporting value-add earnings to sales teams and customers
- Coordinate proposal and RFP submissions by monitoring external procurement websites, managing timelines and requirements, assembling proposal packages, and maintaining a repository of templates and standardized responses
- Provide clear, bilingual (English and French) communication to internal stakeholders and customer groups
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline contract workflows, enhance pricing accuracy, strengthen value-add administration, and improve overall commercial operations efficiency
What You Bring:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in contract administration, proposals, pricing, or a similar role
- Fluency in both French and English (mandatory)
- Experience coordinating RFPs, tenders, or customer contracts
- Ability to read, understand, and work confidently with contractual and commercial information
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and comfort working with CRM/ERP systems
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support senior leadership with accurate, actionable data
- MedTech or implantable device experience preferred
Compensation:The salary range for this role is
CAD $75,000 - $95,000 annually. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions. Potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits may also apply.
