Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide employee relations support for field service centers, including both union and non-union operations.
• Coach and train leadership on performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement performance plans.
• Co-lead initiatives to improve HR processes like recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Oversee compensation and payroll activities to ensure smooth execution.
• Analyze HRIS data to identify trends and foster actionable business strategies.
• Lead investigations and address employee concerns as required.
