Job Title:Business Intelligence Analyst
Location:Redmond, WA
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and support price databases and inventory management reporting.
- Work closely with business and finance stakeholders to understand requirements and
- align technology solutions with business needs.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable requirements for programmers and developers.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and automated reporting deliverables.
- Build and support reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Identify opportunities to automate inventory management and reporting processes.
- Support complex business processes and develop effective data-driven solutions.
- Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support technology and process decisions.
- Participate in multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Finance/technical teams.
- Build databases, models, dashboards, and analytical solutions to support supply chain and finance workstreams.
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, inventory management, and data analysis.
- 5+ years of experience with Power BI, Excel, and/or Tableau.
- Strong experience developing KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with automation and automated reporting/deliverables.
- Ability to gather requirements and work effectively with business, finance, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems, database management systems, and reporting tools.
Desired Qualifications:- Experience supporting Supply Chain Finance or finance-related workstreams.
- Experience building automated dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Experience with database development and data modeling.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong experience generating actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Experience working with ambiguous business problems and developing data-driven solutions.
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $1,22,700 - $1,33,120 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
