Responsibilities - Own and uphold all beverage program standards, including liquor, beer, wine, and bar consumables, while managing costs within budget
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a strong focus on bar service and hospitality
- Lead, train, and develop bar and front-of-house team members through coaching and performance feedback
- Oversee daily operations including shift execution, scheduling, and floor support
- Manage ordering, inventory, and cost controls to support financial performance
- Maintain cleanliness, uniform standards, and professional appearance of bar and restaurant areas
- Assist the General Manager with administrative, financial reporting, invoices, and payroll duties
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications - 2+ years of management experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
- 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant
- Extensive beverage knowledge with strong inventory, ordering, and cost-control expertise
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Stable, progressive work history with a strong work ethic
- Hospitality degree preferred
