Position Overview

We are seeking a Beverage Manager to lead and uphold a best-in-class beverage program in a high-end, high-volume environment. This hands-on leader builds strong bar teams, maintains brand standards, and supports overall operations across service, staffing, inventory, and guest experience. Leading with warmth and professionalism, the Beverage Manager provides real-time coaching and mentorship and thrives under pressure, with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Own and uphold all beverage program standards, including liquor, beer, wine, and bar consumables, while managing costs within budget
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a strong focus on bar service and hospitality
  • Lead, train, and develop bar and front-of-house team members through coaching and performance feedback
  • Oversee daily operations including shift execution, scheduling, and floor support
  • Manage ordering, inventory, and cost controls to support financial performance
  • Maintain cleanliness, uniform standards, and professional appearance of bar and restaurant areas
  • Assist the General Manager with administrative, financial reporting, invoices, and payroll duties
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Pay Range

USD $85,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.
