Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of benefits associates.
• Oversee Schneider's health and wellness offerings and long-term strategy.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and conduct annual audits.
• Manage vendor relationships to maintain high service quality.
• Establish processes to measure the success of benefit programs.
• Utilize sound judgment to solve health and wellness issues for associates.
• Contribute to leadership teams in assessing and communicating benefit plan changes.
