Pay Range: $66,535.82 to $99,803.86

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be a key partner in ensuring our benefit programs are administered accurately, efficiently, and compliantly.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and enhancing our benefits enrollment systems and integrations
  • Troubleshooting benefit system and payroll-related issues
  • Analyzing benefits data, trends, and reports to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with Payroll, HR, IT, and benefit vendors to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Supporting benefit implementations, testing, and open enrollment activities
  • Serving as a benefits systems expert and helping train and support team members
  • Identifying ways to improve efficiency and enhance the coworker experience

What We're Looking For
  • 4-6 years of experience in benefits administration, HR systems, payroll, insurance, or a related field
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience working with benefit enrollment systems and benefit plans
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Knowledge of benefits regulations, HR systems, or project work is a plus
