Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in

Position Overview- Provide individualized behavioral support to students, implementing intervention strategies designed to promote positive behaviors, emotional regulation, and student success.
- Monitor student behavior and progress, document observations, and adjust support strategies in collaboration with the educational team.
- Respond appropriately to behavioral escalations and implement approved crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and support professionals to reinforce behavioral goals and promote consistent interventions.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or Special Education OR a Bachelor's degree in Education/Special Education with five years of experience working with students with behavioral and emotional disabilities
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card and Driver's License
- Ability to obtain and maintain Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) Certification
- Experience supporting students with behavioral and emotional needs
