Join a Patient-Centered Cardiology Program in Big Sky Country
The Great Falls Clinic and Great Falls Hospital are seeking an experienced BE/BC Ophthalmologist specializing in vitreoretinal diseases (surgically trained in retina and vitreous) to join our expanding health system in Great Falls, Montana.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join an established Ophthalmology program while contributing to continued growth of healthcare services in the region.

  • Experienced full-time ophthalmologist specializing in corneal disease and refractive surgery on staff
  • Inpatient/ER consults and procedures
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
  • 1:4 Call (1 week per month), light call but does include occasional trauma
  • Quick access to supporting specialists and emergent care
  • Will have use of ultra-widefield camera with autofluorescence and fluorescein angiography capabilities, as well as Zeiss Cirrus 5000 OCT and high-quality ophthalmic ultrasound, retinal laser
  • Surgical Technologist trained in retinal surgery currently on-site
  • Acute Care Hospital with full complement of referring specialties in-house
  • 36 inpatient beds, 10 bed Open ICU,
  • 5 ORs+ 4 OR Surgery Center and dedicated 5 observation beds
  • Busy 8 Bed ED with highly experienced staff
  • Hospitalist support and dedicated nocturnists
  • State of the art facility and diagnostics


Compensation & Benefits

Competitive, transparent compensation structure designed to reward quality and productivity. Final compensation is determined by experience, subspecialty training, and productivity (wRVU model).
