About the Role:

We're seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to lead and inspire our outbound BDR team. This leader will be instrumental in shaping Filevine's future by developing a high-performing team that generates qualified opportunities from intent reports, cold calling, and events. The ideal candidate is not just a manager but a coach and mentor who thrives on developing talent-transforming BDRs into future Account Executives (AEs) at Filevine. You'll collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive Filevine's growth by refining our outbound strategy and creating a thriving pipeline. Responsibilities:
