Full Job Description
Do you love working with new technologies and innovative products? We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Business Development Center. This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience.

In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, and their ability to purchase. Handling all incoming phone and internet leads, contacting the clients and through superb product knowledge and customer handling skills, will schedule daily appointments. Upon arrival the coordinator will meet & greet the client, then escort and introduce client to a representative in the sales department.

Employees in this position will be paid a base compensation, with the expected average annual earnings inclusive of commissions and/or bonuses to be $60,000 to $150,000.

Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Promote an understanding of and strong commitment to client satisfaction & the Mossy team
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
  • Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs
  • Follow up with leads to make an appointment with sales department
  • Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily
  • Maintain comprehensive and up to date knowledge of products and services offered

Qualifications
  • At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
