What you'll do:The BCBA provides high-quality ABA services to individuals served by BHN. Services are delivered remotely via telehealth, with individuals receiving services in-person in a BHN ABA clinic.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments via telehealth to clients
- Determine and document clinical appropriateness for telehealth service delivery, including assessment of client needs, safety risks and staffing supports.
- Conduct skill-based assessments (i.e., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) according to best practice guidelines using direct observation (via video), caregiver/staff interview, and data review.
- Develops specific focused Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) and/or skill acquisition programs designed to diminish, improve, or establish specific identified behaviors.
- Collaborate with families and external providers to support consistent and effective care
Who You Are:- Must hold a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and maintain Massachusetts Applied Behavior Analyst licensure (LABA) that is required
- Master's Degree in a related mental health field (required)
- At least 2 years of experience providing ABA services and working with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders
- Ability to train and support staff implementing behavior plans in clinic settings.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Spanish or Portuguese speaking (preferred)
