Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state-licensed behavior analyst required
• Minimum one year experience in applied behavior analysis with autism clients in home or clinic settings
• Knowledge of state and insurance guidelines for behavior services
• Strong clinical skills in assessment and programming
• Experience in training and supervising clinical staff

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessments, programming, and insurance authorization
• Provide clinical recommendations in collaboration with parents and stakeholders
• Evaluate and modify treatments based on QET measures
• Train and supervise clinical staff to enhance skill development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize client care
• Complete administrative tasks like reports and insurance reviews
• Monitor treatment standards to ensure compliance with state and insurance guidelines
