Join our team at Care Wise Behavioral Therapies! As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to our clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of 50 to 70 dollars per hour. Reasonable billable hourly requirement and paid indirect time.

**Job Overview:**
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, conducting parent training, and overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention programs. You will work closely with clients, families, and other team members to ensure that therapy goals are met and progress is being made. Your expertise and guidance will be essential in helping individuals with behavioral challenges reach their full potential.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision and support to behavior technicians tracking supervision hours carefully
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress
**Requirements:**
-Will consider LABA for this role
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
