Join Our Brand New Clinic!

Be part of something exciting. Behavioral Framework is launching our first set of clinics in the Richmond area, and we're looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to be a part of the founding team to shape the culture and clinical excellence of our new center.

This role offers a unique block schedule that creates long weekends every week, giving you more time to recharge while doing meaningful work with children and families. No direct hours or billable hour requirement.

Your Role as a BCBA:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Provide parent training and case supervision
  • Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP), functional behavior assessments, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with diverse families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Work Environment, Physical Conditions:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB.
  • Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 lbs.
