Compensation & Productivity- Productivity: Between 100 and 115 billable hours per month
- Base Salary: $95,000 and $105,000
- Bonus: $70 to $77 for each additional billable hour (e.g., +5 billable hours/month = $4K-$5K annually)
Minimum Qualifications- Master's degree in human services or a related field required
- BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
- LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred
