The Essentials Compensation & Incentives- Competitive Salary: Compensation range of $92,000 - $104,000, based on experience and clinical expertise.
- Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonus opportunities, paid quarterly - because strong clinical outcomes should be rewarded.
- Paid Time Off: 20 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays, so you can recharge and maintain balance.
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for eligible candidates.
- Retention Bonus Program: Up to $40,000 in long-term retention incentives.
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates relocating to join our team.
