Position Overview:The Bariatric Program Coordinator RN is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the bariatric surgery program to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and clinical standards. This role serves as a liaison between patients, providers, and interdisciplinary teams throughout the continuum of bariatric care.

Education Qualifications:- Required: Graduate of an Accredited School of Professional Nursing
Certification Qualifications:- Required: Current Illinois Nursing License
- Required: Current Basic Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross BLS) certification
- Preferred: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross ACLS)
Experience Qualifications:- Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience required. Experience in bariatric, surgical, or case management nursing preferred

Pay Range:- The pay range for this position is $32.00 - 48.00 per hour.
