Position Overview:

The Bariatric Program Coordinator RN is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the bariatric surgery program to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and clinical standards. This role serves as a liaison between patients, providers, and interdisciplinary teams throughout the continuum of bariatric care.

Education Qualifications:
  • Required: Graduate of an Accredited School of Professional Nursing


Certification Qualifications:
  • Required: Current Illinois Nursing License
  • Required: Current Basic Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross BLS) certification
  • Preferred: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross ACLS)


Experience Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience required. Experience in bariatric, surgical, or case management nursing preferred

Pay Range:
  • The pay range for this position is $32.00 - 48.00 per hour.
