Job Summary

Job Summary
Working as the DEN Bar Manager, you will provide planning and direction within your dedicated hub of Clubs to achieve operational goals. You will also maintain strong client relationships and work to fulfill safety & sanitation standards, program compliance and train to achieve an elevated standard of service with the bartending staff.

Responsibilities
• Manage day to day bar operations in all DEN locations on site
• Support the corporate team in new openings in your respective hub
• Support new and existing bar technologies
• Create a culture of safe and responsible service with all team members
• Implement practices to support safety and sanitation goals
• Understand and utilize all tools to achieve budgetary, quality control, service standards and financial goals of each location
• Responsible for maintaining on site program compliance (back bar displays, well liquor, beer and wine selection) as well as assisting in implementing activations
• Responsible for compliance with recipe adherence, portion controls standards across portfolio
• Develop training plan to implement SOPs with the support of training coordinators
• Strategize with Beverage Operations manager on performance gaps, by unit, and processes to close gaps
• Monitor, track, and audit against comp policy and premium sales

Project Management
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts and relationships with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications
• Quality driven with a passion for excellence in guest service and satisfaction
• Client-focused, proactive with a strong mind-set for continuous improvement
• Rigorous attention to detail: ability to execute on numerous workstreams within the same timeframe
• Minimum 3-5 years bartending experience
• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of Food & Beverage operations experience at a supervisor-level
• Ability to coach and guide bartenders and management staff
• An ambitious spirit that will strive to provide the highest quality of F&B operations to external customers
• Use of hands, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
