Morris James LLP seeks applications for an attorney in its Wilmington, Delaware office with 1-5 years of relevant experience to join its dynamic and sophisticated Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice. The ideal candidate will have experience or familiarity with Chapter 11 proceedings. Applicants should have strong legal research and writing skills and demonstrate superior communication and organizational skills. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Delaware. A financial or business background or debtor-side experience is a plus.
