Full Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives related to business growth, clients, and coverage, including the development of core business frameworks and governance structures across the Banking franchise
  • Own and run recurring management reporting processes, producing accurate, timely reports for senior leadership
  • Support day-to-day management of the client and coverage methodology, including Citi Tiers, IB priorities, the Client Executive program, and all associated workflows, approvals, and governance documentation
  • Assist in the preparation of senior-level materials and strategic presentations for business reviews, offsites, and executive decision-making - conducting research, compiling data, and drafting content to support clear and compelling narratives
  • Support ad-hoc analyses and presentations for senior management, framing issues and synthesizing key findings and recommendations
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience within Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, or a related field, including internship experience in business management, strategy, operations, or consulting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with management reporting, data compilation, or performance tracking is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information clearly for senior audiences
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of work with limited supervision
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and functions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
