JOB DESCRIPTION

Help shape how we manage liquidity across a global financial institution. In this role, you will turn balance sheet and market dynamics into clear insights and actionable strategy. You will work with leaders across Treasury and key stakeholders to support resilient funding and liquidity outcomes. As a Senior Associate in the Liquidity Management Strategy team, you will monitor firmwide and legal entity balance sheets and liquidity positions, including currency exposures, to help guide our liquidity strategy. You will support forecasting and internal stress measures that inform how we manage liquidity under business-as-usual and stressed conditions. You will partner closely with stakeholders to translate complex analytics into clear messages and decision-ready materials. You will join a collaborative team that values thoughtful analysis, ownership, and strong risk awareness.

Job responsibilities:

  • Understanding the drivers of changes in the balance sheet and associated liquidity impacts
  • Leading the monitoring of Firm wide and legal entity balance sheets and liquidity positions, including the currency aspect
  • Leading balance sheet and liquidity management coverage
  • Assisting in liquidity forecasting for US Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), US Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) and internal liquidity stress measures (ILST), consistent with financial forecasting and stress testing processes
  • Creating presentations for Board of Directors, Firm wide Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO), senior management, regulatory requests, etc.
  • Participating in strategic initiatives around the Firm9s balance sheet and liquidity management

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of full-time experience; experience should ideally be in Treasury, Investment Banking, Risk Management, or Management Consulting
  • Bachelor9s and/or Master9s degree required in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational and verbal/written communication skills with ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and bring tasks to closure

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau
  • Experience using a scripting language such as Python
