Job requirements
  • Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Golang to design, build, and scale high-performance backend and mid-tier services.
  • The role focuses on developing cloud-native, API-driven platforms using Golang as the primary language, complemented by Java and Python for multi-service ecosystems. This engineer will play a key role in enabling performant, resilient systems while collaborating closely with product, frontend, and platform teams in an agile environment.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend and mid-tier services using Golang as the primary language. Build scalable, secure, and high-throughput RESTful and event-driven APIs for enterprise platforms.
  • Contribute to backend services written in Java and Python, supporting interoperability across systems. Develop microservices and middleware components that enable seamless integration across internal and external systems.
  • Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, performance tuning, and observability. Participate in system design discussions, contributing to architecture, scalability, and resilience decisions.
  • Support cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and production operations with a strong ownership mindset.
