You Are:The Back-End Developer will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. This role is part of a modernized platform build that leverages
Scala-based back-end development, custom UI integration, and RedHat OpenShift container orchestration. The developer will contribute to a robust, scalable, and secure application ecosystem supporting mission-critical federal health systems.
The Work:- Design, build, and configure high-quality back-end services that align with business and technical requirements
- Collaborate with UI developers to support seamless custom UI integration with API and back-end components
- Utilize RedHat OpenShift in designing, deploying, and operating containerized applications within the modernized platform
- Ensure solutions follow engineering best practices, including scalability, maintainability, and security.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance back-end components to improve stability and performance.
Here's What You Need:- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Designing, building, and configuring applications in modern back-end environments
- Hands-on experience with Scala for back-end development
- RedHat OpenShift or similar container orchestration technologies
- Integrating back-end services with custom UI components.
- Ability to work effectively in remote Agile teams
