This is a consultative, relationship-focused sales position with strong long-term earning and growth potential.
What You'll Do- Develop and manage B2B relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Present customized employee benefit solutions based on client needs
- Use a consultative sales approach to identify goals and recommend solutions
- Generate and manage leads using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-up
- Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance goals
- Contribute to overall agency growth and team success
