B2B Sales Executive

Location: Dallas, TX Full Time: M-F (Flexible Schedule) Income: $75,000-$130,000

What You'll Do
  • B2B Sales - Connect with business owners, HR directors, and general managers to present customized employee benefit solutions.

  • Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Lead Generation - Use Salesforce to track leads, manage pipelines, and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Client Support - Deliver excellent post-sale service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales Goals - Consistently meet or exceed sales performance targets and contribute to the agency's growth.


What You Bring
