Job Opportunity: BHSI has an exciting opportunity for a B2B Marketing Manager. In this newly created role, the B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection's (BHTP) business-to-business marketing strategy in support of organizational growth objectives. The role will serve as the primary marketing partner to Sales Management and the sales organization, translating business goals into annual marketing plans, campaigns, programs, and partner initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, retention, and support overall revenue growth in the partner channel.
The B2B Marketing Manager will oversee consortium marketing programs and budgets, manage campaign execution across key partner channels, and deliver campaign performance analysis and insight to business stakeholders. This position, based in our Stevens Point, WI office, reports to the VP of Marketing & Communications.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute annual B2B marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen partner engagement and retention.
- Create audience segmentation, messaging, and campaign strategies for B2B audiences.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative resources to develop marketing assets and ensure timely delivery.
Sales Partnership- Act as the primary marketing liaison to Sales Management and the sales organization.
- Partner with sales leaders on strategic account plans and growth initiatives.
- Translate sales priorities into actionable marketing programs.
Partner & Consortium Marketing- Manage marketing relationships with consortiums and distribution partners.
- Develop annual consortium marketing plans and oversee budgets.
- Evaluate and prioritize marketing opportunities that align with business goals.
- Monitor program performance and optimize marketing investments.
Campaign Execution- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across email, webinars, content marketing, conferences, partner marketing, advertising, and social media.
- Manage campaign timelines, calendars, creative development, and distribution plans.
- Measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Budget & Performance Management- Manage B2B marketing budgets and track expenditures.
- Establish campaign KPIs and analyze performance, engagement, lead generation, and sales impact.
- Deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting to leadership.

QualificationsRequired- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- Experience developing annual marketing plans and integrated online/offline campaigns.
- Experience with B2B brand management.
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, and reporting skills.
- Strong writing skills with experience creating marketing communications for partner audiences.
Preferred- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience working with consortiums, trade associations, or distribution networks.
- Experience supporting partner or channel marketing programs.
- Experience in travel, insurance, financial services, or related industries.

The base salary range for this position in Stevens Point, WI is $85,000 to $105,000, along with annual bonus eligibility. Total compensation for a candidate is determined by their relevant skills, location, and experience.
