Role: Azure/M365 Developer Location: Hanover, NJ Duration: FulltimeJob SummaryDesign, build, and support cloud-native and integration solutions on Microsoft Azure and Power Platform. This role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and hands-on development experience across Azure services, APIs, and automation platforms.
Responsibilities- Build, enhance, and support solutions on Azure and Microsoft Power Platform following industry best practices
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, secure, and scalable integrations and applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, product owners, and QA to deliver business outcomes
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, security, and maintainability
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments
- Contribute to technical documentation, design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work within agile delivery models, supporting sprint planning, estimation, and delivery commitments
Required Skills: Azure & Backend- Azure Functions, APIM, Event Hubs

Power Platform- Copilot Studio
- Power Automate
- Custom Connectors (OAuth setup)

Experience & Education- 6+ years of software development experience
- Enterprise integration and cloud solution experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86129 - $127189
