    • Observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace) and log analysis techniques for MFT platforms.
    • Certificate lifecycle management (CSRs, issuance, renewal, pinning) and trust store/key store administration.
    • Security hardening aligned to enterprise/CIS/NIST guidance and audit requirements.
  • Skills
    • Design and implement Advanced Routing flows that enforce partner-specific policies and SLAs.
    • Perform Tier-3 troubleshooting across OS, network, and ST application layers; drive root-cause analysis and remediation.

    • Create and maintain partner/configuration objects (users, roles, routes, policies, certificates, keys).
    • Produce clear technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks for ST operations.
    • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders; prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • SecureTransport - Advanced Routing
    • Model and configure Advanced Routing decisions for complex partner ecosystems, including conditional logic and error-handling behaviors.
    • Validate routing integrity, perform test transfers, and document routing controls and escalations.
    • Manage certificate/key rotation schedules and ensure alignment with enterprise policies.
  • Technical Advisor
    • Collaborate with application, security, and network teams to ensure secure, compliant data flows.
    • Advise stakeholders on routing impacts, partner onboarding standards, and security considerations.
