Program ManagerOnsite
Description:Diversified Systems is searching for a Program Manager to support project management and practice improvement initiatives. This role will dedicate approximately 70% of efforts to project management activities and 30% to practice improvement support. The successful candidate will coordinate technology initiatives, manage implementations, and support continuous process improvement efforts across the organization.
Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate Information Technology projects through all phases of implementation.
- Support project planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate project resources, schedules, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Support implementation of on-premise, SaaS, and hosted technology solutions.
- Provide project status reporting and communicate issues, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support practice development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with process optimization and implementation of project management best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and governance artifacts.
- Support organizational and operational improvement efforts.
Requirements:- 2 years of project management experience implementing Information Technology solutions required.
- 2 years of experience implementing both on-premise solutions and SaaS/hosted solutions required.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills required.
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects and priorities required.
- Experience with Planview PPM Pro (PPMP) highly desired.
- Experience supporting practice development and improvement initiatives highly desired.
