NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking a AWS Technical Lead (.NET / Python) to join their team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Job Description:
Role Summary
Client is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead with strong expertise in AWS, C#/.NET, and Python to lead the development team, drive technical delivery, and build scalable cloud-native applications and integrations. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable coding, solutioning, mentoring developers, and leading technical execution

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Drive technical design, architecture, code reviews, and best practices.
• Develop and support APIs, microservices, and serverless applications on AWS.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Manage technical delivery, resolve complex issues, and ensure quality outcomes.
• Promote automation, CI/CD, and engineering excellence.

Required Skills
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years in a Tech Lead role.
• 8+ years of Strong hands-on experience with:
o AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3, SQS, SNS, EventBridge)
o C#/.NET
o Python
o Git, CI/CD, Agile delivery
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
• AWS Certification.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and enterprise integrations.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for Canada-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $90-$105/Hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all Canada locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
