Job Summary
The AWS Cloud Solutions Architect will support procurement and finance transformation initiatives by translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical solutions within AWS environments. The role will focus primarily on solution architecture and design, including architecture documentation, integration strategies, technical specifications, and architecture diagrams. The architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives while addressing security, compliance, and data management requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Review business requirements and translate them into technical solution designs and architecture documentation.
• Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS solutions following AWS Well-Architected Framework principles.
• Develop architecture diagrams, integration patterns, technical specifications, and solution documentation.
• Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Support procurement and finance transformation initiatives, including Coupa and ERP transformation efforts.
• Design solutions involving APIs, integrations, SaaS platforms, and cloud-based technologies.
• Ensure proposed architectures address security, compliance, and data management requirements.
• Support multiple concurrent projects and initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Communicate technical architecture, design decisions, and solution recommendations effectively to both business and technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of solution architecture experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of AWS services and AWS Well-Architected Framework principles.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical architectures and solution designs.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, SaaS platforms, and cloud-based solution architecture.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of secure solution design, compliance considerations, and data management requirements.
• Experience creating architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and integration designs.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Coupa, procurement systems, or procurement transformation programs.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or finance transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with chart of accounts, financial systems, or ERP integrations.
• Experience supporting enterprise procurement and finance technology initiatives.
• AWS certification.
