AWS Administrator, you will collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, all while reflecting expertise in AWS Administration. - Drive incident and outage management, investigation, and restoration to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor systems and trends to enhance performance and proactively prevent incidents.
- Track and facilitate acceptance of changes to production environments with precision.
- Operate information technology production services in alignment with management protocols and service level agreements.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to maintain and improve operational excellence.
Basic Qualifications- A minimum of 4 years of experience in AWS
- A minimum of 4 years in IT Infrastructure Operations.
- High School Diploma/GED in relevant field of studies.
Preferred Qualifications:- Advanced Server Operating Systems.
- Intermediate problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate communication skills.
- Beginner project coordination skills.
- Advanced analytical thinking.
