GENERAL SUMMARYUnder general supervision, this role is responsible for optimizing HR technology solutions through system administration, business process analysis, configuration, reporting, data governance, testing, stakeholder management, and compliance oversight to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic HR initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- HRIS Administration & Maintenance - Manage and maintain HR system to ensure data integrity, system functionality, and compliance.
- Business Process Analysis - Analyze HR processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through system enhancements, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Requirements Gathering - Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and business leaders to gather, document, and translate business process and reporting requirements into technical solutions.
- System Configuration & Implementation - Configure system modules, support upgrades, lead new technology implementations, and document & manage change requests.
- Reporting & Analytics - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other metrics tools to support workforce planning, compliance reporting, and executive decision-making.
- Data Integrity & Governance - Establish data standards, perform audits, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support the maintenance of accurate employee and organizational data across system modules.
- Testing & Quality Assurance - Lead system testing for upgrades, patches, integrations, and new functionality, including creating test scripts and validating results.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with HR technology vendors, Vendor Management, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Compliance, Security & Documentation - Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, and internal controls while maintaining comprehensive system documentation and procedures. Maintain Security Access logs and provide quarterly reporting to Information Security.
QUALIFICATIONS- Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, HR management, or closely related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HRIS experience, with 3+ years administering a major HR platform (UKG Pro is preferred).
- Skills/Ability: Knowledge of basic human resources functions and procedures. Experience supporting Payroll, Benefits, Talent and Core HR modules. Significant experience with custom report writing data analysis, audits and compliance reporting. Proven experience implementing systems, upgrades or major enhancements. Strong partnership with HR, Payroll, It and vendors. Strong written and verbal skills to include spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality in maintaining critical and sensitive information, records, and reports.
