Full Job Description
Soni's client is seeking an experienced technology leader to serve as AVP, Customer Solutions Delivery. This role will lead the technology platforms that support the end-to-end customer experience, including policy administration, billing, claims, and customer engagement, while driving enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams.
  • Define and execute the technology roadmap for customer-facing platforms.
  • Drive cloud modernization using AWS, microservices, APIs, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve customer experience.

  • Familiarity with policy administration, billing, claims, or similar enterprise systems.
  • AWS, PMP, or other relevant certifications.
