Soni's client is seeking an experienced technology leader to serve as
AVP, Customer Solutions Delivery. This role will lead the technology platforms that support the end-to-end customer experience, including policy administration, billing, claims, and customer engagement, while driving enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams.
- Define and execute the technology roadmap for customer-facing platforms.
- Drive cloud modernization using AWS, microservices, APIs, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Partner with business leaders to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve customer experience.
- Champion Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and quality engineering best practices.
- Ensure high system availability, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage technology investments, vendor relationships, and strategic initiatives.
QualificationsRequired- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of technology leadership experience, including leading multiple engineering teams.
- Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation and large-scale system integration initiatives.
- Strong expertise in AWS, cloud-native architecture, microservices, APIs, and AI technologies.
- Experience with customer-facing enterprise platforms in a complex or regulated environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred- Experience in insurance, financial services, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
- Familiarity with policy administration, billing, claims, or similar enterprise systems.
- AWS, PMP, or other relevant certifications.
