This Olympus Americas Executive leader drives enterprise-wide growth through corporate contracting, executive relationship management both internally and externally, value-based partnerships, and cross-portfolio solution selling.
Job Duties- Develop and execute national account strategies that drive revenue growth, market share, and long-term customer retention.
- Build and maintain C-suite relationships with health system executives, supply chain leaders, clinical leadership, and key decision makers.
- Lead negotiations for all Olympus enterprise agreements, strategic partnerships, and system-wide contracts.
- Partner internally with Olympus commercial, clinical, marketing, and service organizations to deliver integrated solutions across the healthcare continuum.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion, standardization initiatives, and multi-site adoption programs working internally with all Business units and personnel.
- Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline development, and strategic account planning.
- Collaborate with assigned GPOs, IDNs, and value-analysis committees to support enterprise purchasing decisions.
- Influence Olympus organizational strategy through market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
Job QualificationsRequired:- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive healthcare, medical device management, healthcare technology, or enterprise sales leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success leading national or strategic account organizations.
- Experience managing complex health systems, and IDN relationships.
- Proven ability to negotiate large-scale enterprise contracts and multi-year agreements.
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience leading high-performing teams in matrixed organizations.
Preferred:- Advanced degree preferred.

Total compensation: $170,000.00 base salary per year + eligibility for a performance-based commission plan, which includes certain non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives. Commission earnings are not guaranteed and are determined by individual sales performance in accordance with the terms of the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan.
