The AVP, Brain & Spine System Operations & Integration provides executive leadership for strategies that enhance alignment, integration, growth, and operational excellence across Baptist Health Brain & Spine Care. Partners with hospitals, neuroscience institutes, physician practices, medical groups, and external stakeholders to strengthen the neuroscience network, improve access, and advance patient outcomes.Working closely with executive, physician, clinical, and business leaders, the AVP leads strategic planning, operational execution, and change management across Miami Neuroscience Institute, Marcus Neuroscience Institute, and affiliated entities. Translates enterprise priorities into measurable, systemwide practices that drive consistency, accountability, and performance.Advances clinical and operational integration, expands access across the continuum of care, supports neuroscience program growth, standardizes operations, and promotes innovative care delivery, technology, and physician engagement strategies. Collaborating across hospitals, institutes, shared services, research, academic, industry, and community partners, drives sustainable growth, exceptional patient and provider experiences, superior outcomes, and BH's position as a leading destination for comprehensive neuroscience care.

Master's in Business or Health Administration required. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to organize time and priorities effectively. Extensive knowledge regarding financial, operational, research, and physician practice management, business planning, and project management etc. Ability to identify issues and opportunities and initiates plans to address. Ability to work inside a highly complex, matrixed organization and across a diverse array of community provider partners in the interest of promoting high quality, cost effective patient care. Ability to develop a common vision for diverse constituents, to communicate effectively, to sell ideas, and take ownership and responsibility for activities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters discreetly. Ability to conceptualize and conduct complex analysis (financial and marketing). Ability to appropriately evaluate all aspects of a situation and to independently make appropriate and timely decisions as well as negotiate effectively with outside entities as well as within BHSF constituencies. Excellent interpersonal/communications skills and a good command of English language, including medical and scientific terminology, excellent writing skills.
