This Opportunity

WSP is currently initiating a search for a Project Manager for our Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (HJAIA) office.

Be involved in projects with our Aviation PM Team and be part of a growing organization that meets our clients' objectives and solves their challenges.
Your Impact
  • Establish program requirements for assigned projects and ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Monitor and review draft and final deliverables for adherence to project requirements
  • Track and follow up on applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and project commitments
  • Represent the owner in negotiations related to scope, cost, schedule, and contract matters
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to review status, risks, and action items
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and manage all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of assigned projects.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management, including key milestones and risks impacting cost or schedule.
  • Demonstrate a relentless focus on finding solutions, navigating challenges in a live operational environment, and driving issues to resolution to keep projects moving forward.
Who You Are

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architectural, Construction Management or similar designation.
  • 10+ years of construction and/or project management experience.
  • Proven experience operating in a project management or leadership capacity.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in field environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of current technologies and tools used in project delivery.
  • Must successfully complete and pass WSP's Motor Vehicle screening.
  • This role is subject to a client-mandated drug and alcohol testing policy, including random testing.
  • This position is contingent upon client approval.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP Certification.
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
  • Experience managing construction in active/operational environments (e.g., airports or similar facilities).
  • Familiarity with local municipalities, codes, and federal and state regulations.
