Who You'll Work With

This position reports through the Talent Acquisition Operations team and will support our Avature ATS system implementation and ongoing management as our Product Owner.

What You'll Do
• Drive the end-to-end implementation of Avature, from user design and initial configuration to full deployment, ensuring it aligns with our recruitment strategies and processes.
• Create and implement tailored workflows, user permissions, and customized features to optimize the system for our specific recruitment needs.
• Collaborate with IT and GPT to define system requirements, workflows, and integrations.
• Oversee the migration of data and ensure seamless integration with other HR tools and platforms.
• Manage the continuous optimization of Avature to enhance performance, user experience, and recruiting outcomes.
• Implement best practices for digital recruitment, ensuring that processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Work closely with other HR teams to streamline cross-functional processes and improve candidate engagement.
• Develop and deliver training programs for Talent Acquisition teams on Avature's features, workflows, and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition) to ensure alignment of system capabilities with evolving recruitment needs.

What You'll Bring
• 5+ years implementing and/or managing ATS solutions with the Avature platform
• Collaborative experience with Avature's support and product teams to resolve technical issues and advocate for new features or fixes.
• Avature SME certification (preferred)

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary range is $115,000 to $150,00. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
