Role Overview:Accountable for end-to-end AVaaS (Audio Visual as a Service) delivery, encompassing transition, operations, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead global AVaaS program delivery from design through transition to steady state operations.
- Own and manage SLA performance, service quality, and financial aspects of the program.
- Drive transition planning, risk management, and coordination with various vendors.
- Interface with Organization leadership for governance, reporting, and escalation management.
- Ensure strict alignment with AV standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Manage the OEM/vendor ecosystem and mitigate transition risks effectively.
- Oversee the delivery of event, studio, and VIP support services.
Required Skills:- Proven experience in managed services / AVaaS delivery at an enterprise scale.
- Ability to coordinate multiple vendors across global sites.
- Expertise in SLA/KPI management and service optimization.
- Strong executive stakeholder communication skills, particularly in VIP environments.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business.
Preferred Skills:- PMP / PRINCE2 certification.
- ITIL Foundation / Intermediate certification.
- MBA degree.
