Job Description:

Project Management
  • Oversees the organization and development of video production for clients.
  • Provides leadership in setting the production schedule to produce the assets, maintains records, and keeps project on track.
  • Advises client on best practices in production and implementing those best practices.
  • Maintains the production budget and staffing to meet the goals and objectives of the client, while still maintaining the professional level of quality.

Production
  • Determines the production methods and implements those among the in-house production team.
  • Lead team in studio and direct production.
  • Suggests the best solutions to meet project goals and keeps client on task with reviews and updates.
  • Reviews progress and maintains UpToDate records for the client and for our internal financial review.

Post-Production
  • Facilitates post-production of project content.
  • Coordinates the design of the graphic design templates.
  • Collaborates with the client to approve and deliver their multimedia resources.
  • Offer creative solutions to create and deliver high-quality and engaging digital content.

Supervision
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and organizational standards.
  • Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to maintain productivity and quality of work.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and support employee development through coaching and training.

Professional and Process Development
  • Determines new ways to make the production process more efficient and streamlined.
  • Develop new techniques, systems, and procedures to enhance operational issues.

Expected Salary:
$80,000-$85,000

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred:

Candidates must be professional, have outstanding oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment proactively, while still providing superior customer service.

Practical experience in video production is a must including:
  • Experience with 4k video production processes
  • Set up and operation of multi-camera shoots
  • Lighting for studio, on location, and live environments
  • Audio capture using several microphone options simultaneously
  • Leading a production team in the field

Technical experience with the following technologies is required:
  • Editing programs such as DaVinci, Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
  • Design programs such as Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Animation programs such as After Effects.
