Overview

The Content Supervisor sits within our media team and helps manage branded content activations that connect media, creative, and culture to drive business results. The role supports ideation, partnership development, content production, and media execution across paid channels and platforms, including but not limited to digital, social, audio, streaming, TV, film, experiential, and emerging formats.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to ideation, content planning, and program development aligned to client objectives and media strategies.
  • Support media partnership RFP processes, proposal evaluations, and tactical recommendation development.
  • Manage media plan development and execution, keeping activation details, partner requirements, launch readiness, pacing, and performance updates accurate and on track.
  • Coordinate production logistics, brand assets, creative reviews, stakeholder feedback, and partner deliverables.
  • Manage day-to-day program workflows, including timelines, budgets, approvals, deliverables, and reporting.
  • Develop client-facing materials, including presentations, POVs, recaps, status updates, and wrap reports.
  • Monitor cultural trends, consumer behavior, and marketplace opportunities to inform content ideas and partner recommendations.
  • Identify risks, solve problems proactively, escalate when needed, and maintain high-quality standards across deliverables.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in branded content, media investment, social media, digital marketing, or a related field; agency experience is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities, stakeholders, budgets, and timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing client-facing materials and collaborating with clients, external partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to distill discussions into clear takeaways, implications, and next steps.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; comfort using Copilot or other AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment.
  • Interest in consumer behavior, media trends, entertainment, and culturally relevant brand storytelling, with an eye toward how brands can connect with audiences in relevant ways.
  • Flexibility to support production windows as needed, which may occasionally require work outside traditional business hours and limited travel.

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $102,700.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
