As the General Manager, you are the architect of our Las Vegas operations. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge software and the physical reality of fleet deployment, ensuring our vehicles are safe, available, and performing at peak efficiency.
The RoleThis isn't a traditional fleet management role. You will lead three critical pillars: Ride Hailing Operations (RHO), Fleet Development & Readiness (FDR), and the Incident Response Team (IRT). You are the ultimate custodian of safety and the primary driver of operational profitability.
Key Responsibilities1. Operational Excellence & P&L Mastery- Own the P&L: Drive aggressive cost efficiencies and identify opportunities for operational "alpha."
- The Playbook: Implement and evolve our core SOPs using Kaizen frameworks to ensure every movement is optimized.
- Infrastructure: Oversee the vehicle fleet and physical depot infrastructure.
- Compliance & Safety: Act as the ultimate steward of safety culture, ensuring 100% regulatory compliance and vehicle health.
2. Strategic Partnership Management- Partner Liaison: Serve as the primary operational lead for our AV Partners, managing high-level escalations and strategic alignment.
- Vendor Ecosystem: Manage outsourcing partners and third-party suppliers with a focus on high-yield performance and commercial discipline.
3. Scaling & AI Integration- Efficiency First: We favor AI-driven solutions over headcount. You will be expected to leverage automation and AI tools to solve operational bottlenecks.
- The Scorecard: Design and manage business performance metrics (KPIs) for company-wide visibility.
- Team Building: Design, recruit, and lead a high-calibre team that thrives in a decentralized, fast-paced environment.
Your Profile- The Veteran: 10+ years of experience in high-complexity operations (EV fleets, logistics, or advanced supply chain).
- The Lean Expert: Deep familiarity with Kaizen or Six Sigma. You hate waste and love process.
- The Tech-Optimist: You have an instinctive preference for using AI and technology to scale operations rather than simply hiring more people.
- The Leader: A proven track record of building "A-player" teams and managing third-party commercial relationships with grit and diplomacy.
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
Key Performance Indicators (What Success Looks Like)- P&L Performance: Consistently hitting or exceeding Monthly P&L targets.
- Fleet Uptime: Achieving peak vehicle availability through proactive readiness.
- Safety Record: Maintaining a zero-compromise safety threshold across all fleet metrics.
