- Expand knowledge and grow in experience, as an automotive technician across a wide range of foreign and domestic vehicles
- Complete accurate, and transparent digital courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns effectively.
- Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate findings related to guest concerns
- Work together as a team, to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.
QualificationsQualifications: - Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
Physical Requirements:- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
