MotorCars of Atlanta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aston Martin Technician to join our team in Sandy Springs, Georgia. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing high quality and efficient repairs and maintenance on Aston Martin vehicles. This is a full-time flat rate position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Aston Martin and McLaren vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using dealership-provided diagnostic equipment. Use technical manuals, diagrams, and computerized systems to accurately and efficiently complete repairs and services
- Keep detailed records of all work done, including parts lists and labor time. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and precautions
- Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure seamless and timely completion of repairs
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications- 2+ years of BMW, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes Dealership Technician experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required
- B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Proficient in diagnostic tools and equipment, with knowledge of modern automotive systems and technology
- Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and guidelines
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Opportunity is for the Aston Martin/McLaren/Lotus team in the shop, German Auto make Dealership experience is a huge plus.
