For qualified candidates who are not currently in the Middle Tennessee area, we are willing to offer relocation assistance and toolbox relocation support to help make the transition easier.

Responsibilities
Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and related systems
Use diagnostic tools, special service equipment, and manufacturer repair information
Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding recommended repairs, findings, and estimated timelines
Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Maintain required manufacturer training standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area
Follow dealership and manufacturer processes
Help protect customer vehicles by keeping them clean and properly cared for during service

Qualifications
2+ years of automotive service technician experience required
GM experience preferred
Cadillac or luxury-brand experience is a plus
Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to identify problems quickly and accurately
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Good knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to read and understand repair instructions, manufacturer procedures, and technical information
Ability to learn modern repair technology, service procedures, and manufacturer specifications
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Positive attitude and respect for teammates
Team-oriented mindset
Strong work ethic
Valid driver's license required
Clean/acceptable driving record
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Must be authorized to work in the United States
